Exciting progress is underway at The Sensory Store, and I’m thrilled to share a behind-the-scenes look at how far we’ve come.

Construction is moving forward at an incredible pace. We’ve officially completed demolition, and both plumbing and electrical rough-ins are now finished. Even more exciting, the walls are up, and the space is truly beginning to take shape. What was once just an idea is quickly becoming a welcoming, functional environment designed with our community in mind, thanks to our amazing crews who continue to bring their highest and best to this project!

We’re also proud to share that The Sensory Store has been selected for the Rural Jump-Start Program, along with receiving a generous grant to support our efforts. This investment is not only a vote of confidence in our vision, but also a meaningful step toward expanding access to sensory resources in our region.

Behind the scenes, another major milestone is underway, some of our inventory has been ordered, and shipments are already beginning to arrive. Seeing these products come in makes the vision even more tangible, and we cannot wait to get them into the hands of the individuals, families, and professionals who will benefit from them.

Thanks to this momentum, we are on track for a July 1st Grand Opening. There is still work to be done, but the finish line is in sight, and we couldn’t be more energized.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more updates, photos, and sneak peeks as the space comes together. I encourage you to keep an eye out and follow along with us on this journey.

Thank you for being part of this exciting new chapter.
